By accessing, browsing, registering an account, purchasing items from our store, or participating in any interactive programmes (such as The BASE, Table of Men, Man Talk, or the Gratitude Challenge), you ("User," "Member," "Visitor," or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the Platform and must cease all access immediately.

2. CORE VALUES AND COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT

2.3. No Unauthorised Commercial Solicitation: Members of The BASE or participants in Table of Men are strictly prohibited from using our forums, chat groups, or comment sections to pitch commercial businesses, multi-level marketing schemes, financial investments, or personal fund-raising campaigns without explicit written approval from the Management Team.

2.4. Confidentiality of Safe Spaces: What is shared within our closed community platforms remains confidential. Breaching the privacy of another member by leaking or sharing their personal struggles, stories, or disclosures outside the Platform will result in immediate and permanent expulsion.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT ACCOUNTABILITY

3.1. Age Restriction: Due to the sensitive emotional and psychological nature of the topics discussed within our programs (including identity, mental health, societal pressure, and fatherhood), you must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, join The BASE, or purchase merchandise from the online shop.

3.2. Account Security: If you create an account on our Platform, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3. Suspension and Termination: ManityHQ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your account and block your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or compromised the psychological safety of our community.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND CAMPAIGN ENDORSEMENTS

4.1. Definition: "User-Generated Content" refers to any text, testimonials, stories, comments, photos, or videos that you upload or transmit through our Platform.

4.2. Licensing Grant: When you submit content to us, such as endorsement videos for the "For Men. For ManityHQ" global campaign, you grant Global ManityHQ Network a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, and publicly display that content across our website, YouTube channel, social media footprints, and multimedia reports to advance our global advocacy goals.

4.3. Ownership and Rights: You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights and permissions to distribute the content you upload, and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1. Proprietary Content: All materials published on the Platform, including but not limited to written reports, graphics, UI/UX configurations, programmatic frameworks, logo marks, data analytics, and the Man Talk video podcast series, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Global ManityHQ Network and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and proprietary laws.

5.2. Limited Usage License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access our publicly available resources (such as the Hug-a-Man Day reports) strictly for personal, educational, non-commercial, and advocacy purposes. You may not sell, modify, or commercially exploit any material without prior written authorisation from our Chief Executive Officer.

6. E-COMMERCE AND MERCHANDISE SHOP TRANSACTIONS

6.1. Product Availability: All items displayed in our "Shop with Purpose" storefront are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or discontinue items without notice.

6.2. Pricing and Currency Parity: Prices for our branded merchandise are subject to change. Transactions may be displayed and processed in multiple currencies (such as US Dollars or Nigerian Naira) to accommodate our international reach. You are responsible for any foreign transaction fees charged by your financial institution.
