About ManityHQ
Restoring Dignity to Manhood
ManityHQ exists to reframe how the world understands, supports, and engages men — emotionally, socially, and collectively.
Our Journey
Why ManityHQ was born
ManityHQ was founded in 2016, in response to a quiet crisis: many men are expected to be strong, yet are rarely supported; to provide, yet seldom protected; to lead, yet often unheard. The mission saw a quiet phase of seven years.
Then on November 17, 2023 we resurged with fresh vision — launching Table of Men and the Man Talk podcast. What began as conversations and acts of empathy has grown into a structured movement creating safe spaces where men can be heard, heal, and receive support without shame or performance.
In 2024, our flagship Hug-a-Man initiative reached over 120 men in Ikeja, Lagos. In 2025, it directly reached 285 men in Egbeda. Across our programmes, we have directly impacted over 400 men, engaged more than 4,500 through digital channels, and attracted support from local and international partners.
