RC No: 9235708

MEDICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Effective Date: July 11, 2026

Version: 1.0 (Clinical Boundary & Liability Framework)

1. GENERAL INFORMATION TERMINAL

All materials, multimedia content, insights, videos, research text, graphics, and interactive resources published on the official platform of the Global ManityHQ Network ("ManityHQ," "we," "us," or "our") or disseminated through our active digital communities are provided strictly for general educational, advocacy, peer-support, and behavioral awareness purposes.

By interacting with our Platform, utilising our daily prompts (such as within the Gratitude Challenge), or entering our community spaces (including The BASE, Table of Men, or Man Talk), you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and operational boundaries set forth in this Disclaimer.

2. NO PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL ADVICE

2.1. Peer-Support Network Classification: ManityHQ operates exclusively as a peer-support, accountability, and advocacy network designed to foster brotherhood, resilience, and intentional living. We are not a medical facility, emergency crisis centre, or a clinical mental health provider.

2.2. Non-Clinical Status of Staff and Volunteers: The activities, discussions, and guidance offered by our executive leadership, management team, community managers, facilitators, and field volunteers do not constitute clinical counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluation, medical diagnosis, or specific behavioural treatment plans.

2.3. Platform Content Limits: No content on this Website, nor any insights shared within our closed chat channels, should be interpreted, relied upon, or utilised as a substitute for professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or specialised treatment from a licensed healthcare practitioner.

3. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER AND SYSTEM SEPARATION

3.1. Avoidance of Treatment Delay: You must never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking professional psychiatric or psychological evaluation because of something you have read, watched, or experienced on the ManityHQ Platform or within our peer circles.

3.2. Verification of Health Choices: We strongly advise that any personal, lifestyle, or behavioural changes initiated as a result of insights gained through our programs be discussed directly with a qualified healthcare professional or licensed therapist.

3.3. Independent Reliance Risk: Reliance on any information provided by ManityHQ, its facilitators, its institutional partners, or other members of our communities is done solely at your own discretion and individual risk.

4. ACUTE CRISES AND EMERGENCY PROTOCOLS

4.1. Non-Emergency Portal Alert: The ManityHQ website, its associated contact forms, and our community channels (including The BASE WhatsApp groups) are not monitored 24/7 by clinical crisis professionals and are not equipped to manage active medical or psychological emergencies.

4.2. Action in Emergency: If you are currently experiencing an acute mental health crisis, severe clinical depression, thoughts of self-harm, or suicidal ideation, you must immediately seek emergency assistance.

4.3. Direct Resource Referral: We urgently command that you bypass this platform and immediately contact your local national emergency services, visit the nearest hospital emergency room, or call an official national mental health crisis hotline relative to your execution area (such as localised helplines in Lagos, Abuja, Halifax, or London).

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable local laws, Global ManityHQ Network, its Board of Directors, executive management team, operational partners, and deployed field volunteers shall not be held liable or responsible for any personal or psychological regression, emotional distress, relational disruptions, or physical injury arising out of your choice to participate in our peer activities, utilise our open-source research reports, or act upon insights shared across our digital footprints.
By checking the agreement box on our onboarding modules or continuing to navigate this platform, you permanently release and indemnify ManityHQ from any and all liability connected to your individual mental health journey.
